Summary of Services
Asbestos Services
Third Party Lab Sampling/Project Management; Consulting; Assessments; Bulk Sampling & Testing; Full abatement; all in accordance with AHERA protocols.
Demolition Services
Demolition of vacant, burned, or condemned buildings, houses and accessory structures for Government agencies and private landowners. EAC, Inc. will recycle as much of the materials as possible, such as; concrete & brick being crushed into aggregate for future construction projects.
Geological Consulting Services
Soil Boring Investigations, Soil Sampling, Groundwater Sampling, Site Characterization Assessments, Density Testing, Report Writing, etc.
Hazardous Waste Management
Sampling per EPA SW-846 procedures and analysis performed by an independent laboratory; Waste Stream Characterization; Drum Labeling to the ultimate disposal by a licensed 3rd party hazardous waste disposal & transportation company.
Industrial Power/Steam Cleaning
The Great Flood of 1993 inspired EAC, Inc. to enter into the industrial power washing business. In 1993 flood, as well as the 1998 flood, EAC, Inc. responded to the needs of several businesses located in Riverside, Missouri and along Southwest Boulevard. EAC, Inc. performs power washing for a variety of clients including; trucking companies, excavating equipment, manufacturers, convenience store parking lots, and more.
Phase I, II & III Environmental Site Assessments (ESA's)
Complete and thorough Phase I ESA's conducted in accordance with American Society for Testing & Materials (ASTM) most current Standard 1527-97, 1528-96 or revised.
Phase II includes Complete Soil Boring Investigation capabilities and site remediation procedures, including soil and groundwater analysis, interpretation and client consultation.
Phase III is a design remediation cleanup to meet EPA standards.
Trucking and Hauling Services
EAC, Inc. provides services for trucking including tractor and trailer, end dumps, hauling demolition debris, batch hauling, and/or petroleum-contaminated soil. No job is too small or large.
Underground (UST) & Aboveground (AST) Storage Tank Services
We perform all services to bring you into full compliance status with your UST system. Removal, upgrades, closure in place, reinstallation of new UST system or Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) batter along with the required SPCC Plan. EAC, Inc. is licensed in both the State of Kansas and Missouri and has conducted numerous UST closure projects in both states.
